LAKE ARGYLE RESORT & CARAVAN PARK

IF YOU’RE AFTER A PLACE TO PULL UP THAT HAS SOME SERIOUS WOW FACTOR, THEN YOU NEED TO STOP IN HERE AT THE LAKE ARGYLE RESORT AND CARAVAN PARK

This beautifully scenic and lush caravan park contains big shady & grassy sites with Iconic Boab trees scattered around the park that add to the atmosphere of being in The Kimberley. It also has a range of other accommodation including safari tents, cabins and luxury villa’s.

But this is nothing compared to the rest of the park. From the restaurant and bar to the gorgeous beer garden, the whole place is an absolute relaxation fest…. and don’t forget the POOL!!

Lake Argyle Resort & Caravan Park has one of the most scenic and most photographed pools in Australia… The Amazing Infinity Pool that over looks the Lake and the surrounding hills and cliffs. The perfect place to get that awesome family shot to look back on.  In the peak season there is live music every afternoon overlooking the lake and if your keen to kick on, there is more music and fun at the beer garden til late. 

If your looking for one of the BEST attractions you can find, then get onto Lake Argyle Cruises . We did the Sunset cruise which runs from 2:30pm – 6pm and it was absolutely one of the best things we have done on our travels. Its the perfect mix of Adventure, Scenery, Wildlife, Information, History and FUN!!!!  We sped across the lake, jumped off cliffs, fed huge schools of fish, saw crocodiles and wallabies and had sunset beers and champagne floating around the boat with some great company.

Heli spirit charters also has its own landing pad and office on site, so if your feeling the need for some extra adventure you could always jump in a chopper and explore the Bungle Bungles and more…. 

The on site restaurant and cafe facilities are fantastic with a great menu of delicious food on offer so be sure to dine out at least once while your here. 

Make sure you have a chat with the super friendly admin staff. They run a well oiled “check in and booking machine”, and have plenty of knowledge on what to do while your here to let you experience the most you can on your visit to Lake Argyle. 

We loved our stay here and absolutely recommend putting Lake Argyle on your list as a must see destination while on your travels.  For so many reasons you just cannot miss this place!!!
