TUMBY BAY ON THE EYRE PENINSULA

What a beautiful little coastal spot to take a holiday! The beach is amazing, clear blue waters and a fantastic safe swimming beach for kids! Our 3 ratbags loved having a crack at some fishing and even caught some whiting!

All this right on our doorstep at the Tumby bay caravan park. This immaculate park is the ideal location to relax and unwind. The staff are super friendly and we’ve never seen cleaner amenities. It has a lovely holiday vibe, horse and cart rides to catch and a great playground by the beach. If you’re a keen fisherman, you’ll be sure to catch a feed for dinner.

Tumby bay caravan park is only 1km from town and a lovely stroll along the footpath by the beach. Grab a coffee or a delicious pie from the bakery and take in the scenery. After watching the kids play on the foreshore playground we headed out to the Jetty and watched the locals and holiday makers catch a feed of squid!

A good short day trip from the park is to drive out to Lipson Cove which is only 15km out of town. Its an amazing protected cove thats great for swimming and fishing and a perfect spot for lunch.

Tumby Bay has now been added to our list of favourite spots around the Ozzy coastline and the Tumby bay caravan Park was a great spot to base ourselves and Explore!
